Cancellation Policy: Your time is valuable, and so is mine. If you find it necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice. This helps me to possibly offer the time to someone else. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service. I understand that emergencies happen, and life can be unpredictable. If you encounter any unexpected issues, please let me know as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, I reserve the right to cancel the appointment and charge you for 100% of the service, so that it doesn’t affect other clients.
